Love this soup absolutely delish! Didn't change a thing. Except didn't have fresh dill so used dry. Very good. Thanks for posting.
Mmmmmmmmm!! Added extra of all veggies~~like it thick!
Tasty soup! I added carrots and mushrooms as well. I didn't have dill so omitted that. I also didn't sautee the veggies first or add butter. The sour cream is what absolutely MADE the soup! The broth is beyond delish!
Mmmmmm. Thick and tasty soup. I made this as written, using lowfat sour cream. The dill was a great addition. We enjoyed this very much. Thanx for posting!
Easy and delicious! The only change I made was to add some sausage, making the butter unnecessary. I browned the sausage, then added the veggies.
Yummy - I wanted to make cabbage soup with cabbage just picked from my garden. I usd dried dill but used more and didn't have any sour cream. Thanks
Very nice hearty soup. Love the dill and sour cream in it. Might add some bacon to it someday. Thanks for posting this recipe.
I LOVE this soup... definitely surpassed my expectations.
Very good. The fresh flavorful nutmeg came through. There are three of us, and this served us for dinner and lunch the next day.
I came down with a cold yesterday, and thought cabbage soup might be a good thing. I'm glad this is the recipe I decided to go with. Simple, flavorful, warming- brothy enough to soothe cold symptoms, thick enough to be hearty and filling. Made it exactly as directed, but like Manidkaake used dried dill since I didn't have fresh on hand. Thank you for the recipe, Rick.
