Quick and tasty spread from my Southern Living book.
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 green onion, minced
- Combine all ingredients. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake uncoved at 350°F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or melba rounds.
