This is a delicious smoothie for breakfast or a snack. It is full of fiber and protein. Avacado is full of heart healthy fat, but you can't taste it in the smoothie.

Considering the amount of sugar showing in the Nutrition Facts, I omitted the sweetener, but otherwise followed your recipe right on down, including the avocado, something I usually try to avoid!
