This turned out very nice indeed and it's a lot faster than making a traditional crust. I had some pizza blend cheese in the fridge and used that. Used all the veggies ask for and added some crumbled veggie sausage. This is a recipe that I'll likely do again and again.

We used this recipe for inspiration for dinner. I used the basic crust for the kids pizza and then used a bit of tomato sauce, then Victoria taylor's pizza seasoning, pepperoni and Colby jack cheese - this was ready in 10 minutes. Then for the adults same basic crust but used chicken, grilled onions and roasted red peppers. I did use a combination of san juan parmesan cheese and Colby jack. Everyone enjoyed this - thanks. Oh and I did use the fat free bisquick clone from food.com
