This is a basic recipe that I use to put together a quick breakfast. It makes 6 servings so I freeze the left over slices and then microwave the extra servings throughout the week for a quick and healthy breakfast. Swap out the meat, veggies and cheese for variations.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray.
- Mix ingredients.
- Pour into prepared pie pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
