Another quick and healthy everyday breakfast idea.
- 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup blueberries (can use fresh or frozen can also substitute blueberries for any type of berry)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
- Pour vanilla yogurt into a bowl.
- Add berries to yogurt. If you are using frozen berries, defrost them for 1/2 to 1 minute in the microwave and drain off excess liquid.
- Stir in walnuts.
