This is one of my favorite things to make for lunch.
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 apple, diced
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paula deen's seasoning, Paula Deen's House Seasoning Mix
- Mix drained tuna with all ingredients.
Thought this was just okay. I think I would make it again, just change the apple to celery for the crunch factor.
