  • Dice up sweet potatoes and apples
  • place in a greased 13x9 pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
  • Top with splenda and desired amount of cinnamon.
  • Bake at 375º for 45-55 minutes.
  • Serve and indulge!

  1. These were very tasty. Mine were not cooking quickly enough, so I covered them with foil and added a couple of tbsp of orange juice. Very delicious.
     
  2. SOOOOOO good and easy :)!!!! I used a little lemon juice and honey instead of splenda and it was perfect.....will try with agave and maybe maple syrup as well!!!! Thanks so much!!!
     
  3. This was really good! I used one sweet potato and one Fuji apple and applied a generous amount of Splenda and cinnamon (I ended up adding even more Splenda and cinnamon after it came out of the oven because I didn't add enough for my taste the first time around!). Instead of using a greased pan, I used foil to make a packet and put it in the oven like that. Definitely satisfies your sweet tooth but still healthy - great idea!
