These were very tasty. Mine were not cooking quickly enough, so I covered them with foil and added a couple of tbsp of orange juice. Very delicious.


  1. Dice up sweet potatoes and apples
  2. place in a greased 13x9 pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
  3. Top with splenda and desired amount of cinnamon.
  4. Bake at 375º for 45-55 minutes.
  5. Serve and indulge!
