      I tried this recipe and was very happy with it. I used soy milk instead of real milk. I lused vegetable stock instead. I had to stop myself because of the others in the house.

      This is good! I used more of the vegetables than it called for, and added celery root. I also used vegetable stock instead of chicken. The salmon was good in the soup, but it would have been great without it also. This is going in our regular rotation.
