I try to work out in the mornings, and this is a light breakfast that won't bog me down but gives me the energy to get through the work out.
- chop the apple.
- combine all ingredients in a bowl.
WOW, this is easy, quick, healthy and delicious indeed! Mmm, what a great way to start the day! :)
The cinnamon really adds a great flavour and the tang from the yogurt pairs beautifully with the fruity sweetness from the apple. YUM!
