A healthy version of my favorite Quesadillas!

  1. heat pan over med heat.
  2. put 1 tortilla in the pan.
  3. spread all cheeses onto the center of tortilla.
  4. put in tomato, onion, and pepper over the cheese.
  5. crumble bacon and sprinkle it on.
  6. finish with cilantro and salt.
  7. fry the reminding tortilla, both sides.
  8. remove and serve.
