  • Mix oats, spice, powder, soda and salt in one bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, egg and extract.
  • Combine 2 bowls and add in carrot and raisins.
  • Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until firm on top.

  1. Do NOT make this recipe as stated. 3 teaspoons of baking soda/powder is not the correct measurements. My daughter is so upset as she does not have a healthy treat to share with her friends, and I'm annoyed at the waste of time and ingredients.
