ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1⁄4 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup mini chocolate chip
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup coconut oil
- flaked coconut, for coating balls
directions
- Mix all ingredients except flaked coconut. Mix well then form into balls, roll in coconut flakes until well coated. Refrigerate in a sealed container for a few hours until they have firmed up. At this point I usually put most of them in the freezer.
