This is my twist on several different pb dips that I've tried. This is so easy and delicious. It reminds me of the filling for peanut butter pie in a chocolate crust. My kids beg for more of this stuff and the best part is that it is healthy!

Directions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Serve chilled with fruit, pretzels, cookies, or whatever sounds good to you.

This is a perfect recipe! I used reduced fat peanut butter and fat free Cool Whip along with the fat free vanilla yogurt so that made this healthy recipe EVEN healthier! ;) I dipped apples in it and it was such a satisfying snack. I look forward to making this one of my after-a-long-workout snacks! Thank you so much sharing.

This is a healthy and good treat with apples or even graham crackers. Since our school has kicked out junk food, this is something I could take for the kid's birthdays, esp. if I make it with light cool whip and recipe#99415. Thanks for the help! Made for Fall PAC 08.

HOW EASY! HOW DELICIOUS! Guests were using this primarily as a spread for both fresh biscuits AND fresh-baked whole wheat bread, while I thought it'd be mostly eaten as a dip! I ended up making another quick double batch, & it was much loved & devoured!! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick-A-Chef]
