- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mace
- 1⁄4 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl beat the oil and honey with electric mixer till creamy and light.
- Add peanut butter and continue beating.
- Beat in the eggs, dry milk, baking powder, salt and spices.
- By hand stir in the oats, raisins and whole wheat flour.
- Be sure that everything is well blended.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or till done.
