  • 8 ounces pasta, any kind
  • 2 cups broccoli, raw or lightly steamed
  • 2 cups spinach, torn
  • 12 cup black olives, whole or sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 12 small onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 34-1 cup red wine and vinegar salad dressing or 34-1 cup balsamic vinaigrette or 34-1 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. prepare pasta.
  2. combine all ingredients into large bowl.
  3. add dressing.
  4. chill.
  5. enjoy.
