i saw this in a cookery show this is very satisfying meal-drink for people who diet. you never feel hungry for a very long time.
- In a mixer add all above ingredients and blend till a smooth drink is obtained.
- If required add more skimmed milk to adjust the consistency.
- Serve chilled.
