Healthy Oatmeal Walnut Bread (For the Bread Machine)

"Quite tasty! Starting it the night before gives the yeast lots of time to work. The oatmeal makes it soft and tender. Try one tsp of yeast for even more rise"

Tweaks

  1. This time I used 2 c flour and 1 tsp yeast as the starter. I then reduced the rest of the flour to one cup. I used half pecans and half hemp seeds instead of walnuts. I used 3/4 tsp salt. Instead of the milk powder I used 1 tbsp of butter and then reduced the oil to 1 tbsp.
