Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

I found this recipe in an old Pillsbury cookbook. It is packed with whole grains for a healthy breakfast or anytime snack.

You missed printed the amount of baking soda, 4 tsps is TOO much and it ruined the muffins. I made a powdered sugar lemon glaze and it did help. PLEASE fix your typo..... :(

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients; mix well.
  3. In large bowl, combine all wet ingredients; blend well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients, just until moistened. Stir in raisins.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Immediately remove from pans.
