1. You missed printed the amount of baking soda, 4 tsps is TOO much and it ruined the muffins. I made a powdered sugar lemon glaze and it did help. PLEASE fix your typo..... :(

 2. had an odd sour taste. Wouldn't make them again

 3. Great recipe!!! Super easy to make! I love the fact that the sugars in this recipe are all natural. (From the dates, raisins & applesauce.) Couldn't find pre-made date syrup, so I found a recipe and made my own. Thanks for sharing!

 4. Delicious and moist. Not too sweet. I'm able to substitute the egg with a flaxseed mixture. Next time, I'll add a little vanilla, but otherwise these were great. Thank you!

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
