I found this recipe in a Kernel Season's recipe booklet. Posting for safe keeping!
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled, quartered
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons kernel season's nacho cheddar cheese
- Place potatoes in pot and fill with water to cover them.
- Cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain water from pot and mash potatoes. Add skim milk and Kernel Season's Nacho Cheddar while mashing.
