  • Chop apple and place in microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for about 3 minutes on high.
  • Stir in cinnamon and sugar substitute to apples as desired.
  • Sprinkle granola on top.
  • Enjoy!

  1. This was super quick and easy and very tasty. I did have to cook the apple about more then double the time - I finally put a piece of wax paper over the top which helped finish it off. I used a sprinkle of real sugar along with the cinnamon. Though this doesn't cook down like oven apple crisp it was still very good, I may try this on top of waffles the next time I make it. Made for PAC Fall 09
