This was an easy and delicious drink as thick and smooth as any milkshake. I was out of cardamom (darn the luck!), so I tried ground coriander...worked out pretty well. I also needed a little more sugar in mine than was called for. Char's serving portions are VERY generous and that this would make enough for four.
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 sprigs mint, 1 reserved for garnish
