  1. Blend sunflower seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Pour 2/3 cup of almond milk mixture into a blender. Add 1 cup strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour 2/3 cup of almond milk mixture into a blender. Add banana. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour 2/3 cup of almond milk mixture into a blender. Add 1 cup blueberries. Blend until smooth.
  5. Layer the mixtures into your popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
