Healthy Hot Wings

These are a healthier version of my other hot wings.

Directions

  1. Separate wings and remove tips (to make like buffalo wings).
  2. Rinse wings with cold water and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season wings to your taste and add hot sauce to your taste as well.
  4. Mix around until evenly coated.
  5. Place wings in a large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam or lined with foil.
  6. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool and serve with fat free ranch or blue cheese dressing.
