    I found this recipe on healthyhabitscoach.com. It is simple to make and can be modified to your tastes. You can use any combination of rolled grains, nuts, pumpkin instead of sunflower seeds, any type of dried fruit, and for sweetener; brown rice syrup, agave nectar, maple syrup, etc.
