  • Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and cover in all the seasonings.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake about 10-15 minutes, depending on desired crispiness.

  1. Very simple and great tasting recipe. I also used a little bit of oil to keep the seasoning in place. Had to cook mine longer, maybe around 25 mins, I just kept checking for tenderness. I also used Lawry's seasoning and they turned out fantastic!
     
  2. Very tasty! I will admit I used a tad bit of oil to help hold the seasonings on. First time I've used cumin for fries. We'll probably have these again. Thnx for posting, catercow. Made for Fall 2008 My-3-Chefs.
