This was a very good recipe, I found that the seasoning on fish came off in egg wash so I put the sesonings in bread crumb mixture. I made a salad to go with. I will definately be making this again, and since I am a full time student and I take night classes this is a perfect quick meal. Thank you for posting.

Made for Spring PAC 2014 and this is definately a winner! I did cut the recipe in half for DH and I. I did season the fish some and put seasoning in breadcrumbs/panko crumb crumb mixture. Served with a mixed green salad and definately a keeper. Thank you for posting.

This is an excellent way to fix catfish! We loved it. The flavor was great and easy to prepare. I had 2 lbs of fillets so I doubled the recipe and I followed another reviewer in putting the garlic pepper in with the other seasonings. I cut the fillets into 4 pieces to make nuggets. This is definitely a "doer again". Thanks for sharing. Carole in Orlando

Top notch recipe. If you are craving deep fried food but want to healthier alternative, it is perfect. I increased my bake time by a couple minutes. Served with steamed broccoli and baked potatoes.

This was really quick and easy to put together. The kids and I really enjoyed it! I flipped mine halfway through the cooking time and it got them nice and golden brown on each side.

Great recipe! Fantastic flavor and very low fat!!! I like catfish blackened or fried, and was hesitant about this recipe, especially since I'm also the only one in the family who eats fish. However, this was a big hit with everyone. My supremely picky 5 year-old came back a couple of hours after dinner and asked me to heat him up some leftovers. This NEVER happens. Only change I made was to skip the garlic pepper and add some salt, pepper and garlic powder to the crumb mixture. Used homemade plain breadcrumbs and dried spices. The herbs are such a nice change from traditional breaded and fried catfish. I'd suggest cooking until the breading is nice and crispy, which took a few more minutes for me. Thanks, Pepper#2, for a lovely dinner!

Very good, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. Loved the seasonings, just added some left over chives. We will make these again, thanks for sharing!

Fast and cheap . The nuggets are 1/3 the price of fillets and this is super fast low calorie and delish $ 3 for a pound of nuggets! vs $7 for filets
