  1. Made for Spring PAC 2014 and this is definately a winner! I did cut the recipe in half for DH and I. I did season the fish some and put seasoning in breadcrumbs/panko crumb crumb mixture. Served with a mixed green salad and definately a keeper. Thank you for posting.

  2. This is an excellent way to fix catfish! We loved it. The flavor was great and easy to prepare. I had 2 lbs of fillets so I doubled the recipe and I followed another reviewer in putting the garlic pepper in with the other seasonings. I cut the fillets into 4 pieces to make nuggets. This is definitely a "doer again". Thanks for sharing. Carole in Orlando

  3. Top notch recipe. If you are craving deep fried food but want to healthier alternative, it is perfect. I increased my bake time by a couple minutes. Served with steamed broccoli and baked potatoes.

  4. This was a very good recipe, I found that the seasoning on fish came off in egg wash so I put the sesonings in bread crumb mixture. I made a salad to go with. I will definately be making this again, and since I am a full time student and I take night classes this is a perfect quick meal. Thank you for posting.

  5. Fast and cheap . The nuggets are 1/3 the price of fillets and this is super fast low calorie and delish $ 3 for a pound of nuggets! vs $7 for filets
