These are absolutely AWESOME! I made these with dried cranberries instead of the raisins and used a whole wheat flour. I will definitely make these again :)

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine sugar and applesauce.
  2. Add eggs and pumpkin.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately to pumpkin mixture with water.
  4. Fold in raisins and carrots.
  5. Spoon into lined muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middles comes out clean.
