Really good for breakfast, either in a bowl with milk, or sprinkled over yogurt! This recipe makes a TON, so halve it unless you have a large family or lots of granola-eating friends.

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour oil over dry ingredients and mix in.
  3. Add (according to taste) ½- 1 c. honey and stir well to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture over 2 small or 1 large cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
  6. Stir and bake another 10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before storing in a covered container or plastic bags.
  8. Keep in refrigerator.

I love granola and this is really good, like all the high fiber cereals. I made a batch with regular honey. Then I made a batch with buckwheat honey. Wonderful.

how is this healthy? it has 13.5 g saturated fat and 21 g sugar PER SERVING????!!? i'm sure it tastes good, but duh!
