If you need a salad fast this is the one. When you see prep time of 5 minutes you can believe it. I only used a red apple but will add a granny smith the next time I make this. I think I'll try topping this with some walnuts next time too. Made for Come to a Garden Party Recipe Tag Game 2012

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup apple, slices (green and red work best)
  • 2 cups of pre-shredded coleslaw mix
  • 12 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute

Directions

  1. slice the apples into match sticks and add it to the shredded coleslaw mix.
  2. stir in the Greek yogurt and Splenda.
  3. add water until it is the consistency you like.
