Definitely a hit at our house! I used the Montreal Steak Seasoning and it was delicious!! Made for PAC Spring 2013.

I have been trying multiple "healthy" fry recipes here on Zaar and this one is, by far, the the best! I sprinkled Ranch seasoning on them and the fries cooked to perfection with almost no effort. Thank you so much for posting! This will be my go-to fry recipe from now on.

Good fry. I used Yukon Gold and left the skin on. My choice of seasoning was Montreal steak spice and it gave a nice little kick. Turned out perfect. :)

Easy and good! I used a cajun seasoning. I used olive oil spray. Thank you Kathy!

Delicious and heathly alternative fries recipe. I used both Montreal steak seasoning crushed fine and some Emiril's Essence. I used red potatoes and did remove most of the peel, sliced them fairly thin, and I also stirred them after about 15 minutes. These turned out both crispy and very flavorful. Of all the "healthy baked" potatoe recipes I have tried, this is the best. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. The "Pickleguy" Family

Used skinless diced yams, halved small new potatoes, and baby bella and shiitake mushroom slices with the Montreal Steak seasoning. Yum! Can't wait to try it with regular potato strips. Thanks.
