Throw this together in <5 minutes. I serve it like hummus with carrot sticks, celery and cucumbers. The heartier eaters prefer pita or tortilla chips!
- 1 (16 ounce) canrefried black beans with lime juice (found in the Mexican section of most grocery stores)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
- hot sauce (I like Tabasco or Cholula)
- Mix together all four ingredients in a bowl. Can be served at room tempterature, chilled or warmed in the microwave! Enjoy!
