  1. Melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly.
  4. Refrigerate and cut.

Came together super fast and much tastier than the overpriced energy bars on the market. I used Craisins vs currants in mine; worked really well and blended nicely with the other flavors. Made for PAC Spring 2010.
