Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces whole wheat bread dough
  • 14 cup honey
  • 14 cup evaporated cane juice
  • 3 cups olive oil


  1. Prepare dough according to instructions; add in the honey while kneading and add some whole wheat flour to dough if dough is too sticky; wait for it to rise.
  2. form into rings (or whatever shape you want: balls, hearts, flowers, etc).
  3. heat olive oil at medium heat.
  4. fry shaped dough for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. brush with evaporated cane juice or whatever you want (frosting, etc.).
