Healthy Cucumber Sauce for Seafood

This recipe is posted for the ZWT and is adapted from the book “Quick and Healthy “Recipes and Ideas” I like the idea of the addition of Dijon mustard because it compliments fish so well. ZWT REGION: Canada.


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill, serve cold with seafood.

I don`t see how this is a sauce and not a salad? I sliced the cucumbers very thin. Used smart balance mayo. I also used 2 cups of cucumbers for the dressing ingredients as the recipes states. Love the Dijon in this. I used whole grain Dijon. Thanks!

Quick and delicious! Was impressed by the taste. It really tastes better if it's chilled. Regarding gnome woman's review, was it supposed to be chopped finely? :D Then, oops! Anyway, we enjoyed this. Thanks, Kiwi! Made for WZT4.
