From myrecipes.com. I am probably going to increase the amount of anchovy paste next time I make this. Serving size is 1 Tablespoon.
- 1⁄3 cup fat free Greek yogurt, plain
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir well with a whisk.
- Let sit in the refrigerator overnight before using.
