Posting for nutritional content. I make this for my kids.
- 1 (6 ounce) container light vanilla yogurt
- 1 -2 cup ice
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 2 -3 oranges, peeled
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 -2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend.
Used this recipe cause I was hungry for an orange julius and didn't want to use to much sugar or ice cream, I really liked it, but I'm not a big fan of pulp, took a while to strain. Other than that very good.
