I think this came from the American Heart Association's cookbook. I've adapted it for the Fat Flush Plan.
- 6 cups cabbage, shredded
- 6 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 2⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar, heated
- 2 tablespoons onions, diced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon green stevia powder
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
