  1. Put the mango, yogurt, coconut milk, hemp seed oil, walnuts, cinnamon in a blender and blend. Add a squeeze of vanilla agave nector only if you desire. Sometimes magos can be sour so the agave is a good sugar substitute. Blend until everything is fine and lumps are gone.
