A healthy take on a winter chili

  1. Brown ground turkey with diced onion and a bit of salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Mix tomatoes, beans, and corn in a large pot and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add turkey mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar and taco seasoning and stir well.
  5. Keep on low heat for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with a dollop of low fat sour cream and/or low fat grated cheese.
