  • Brown ground turkey with diced onion and a bit of salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Mix tomatoes, beans, and corn in a large pot and bring to a simmer.
  • Add turkey mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add brown sugar and taco seasoning and stir well.
  • Keep on low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with a dollop of low fat sour cream and/or low fat grated cheese.
