I got this recipe from Oxygen Magazine. It is very easy to make and very good for you.
- 1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1⁄2 cup mustard
- 1⁄2 cup dill relish
- 1⁄2 cup chopped scallion
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 slices whole wheat bread or 2 slices toast
- Shred chicken in a food processor and mix in seasonings.
- Serve on bread with lettuce and tomato.
