- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1⁄2 cup sliced fruit (choose your favourite)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 -2 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)
