This was wonderful. I used freshly made buttermilk, super sweet fresh strawberries, a touch of lime juice, 1 tsp of sugar, and 3 ice cubes. Fantastic!!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup buttermilk
  • 12 cup sliced fruit (choose your favourite)
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 -2 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)

Directions

  1. Blend the first four ingredients until smooth.
  2. Sweeten to taste.
