- 2 cups all-bran cereal
- 1 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
- Combine the cereal and the milk in a bowl and let stand for 2 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients and stir minimally.
- Pour batter into greased muffin pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
