These are SOO yummy and healthy!!! I like them best when warm! Got this recipe from my sister who found it somewhere online (I believe) ..If you know the source, let me know! ***Just entering them here, so that I can get the nutritional value to figure out the Weight Watcher Points for them.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. (should get 15 cookies).
  3. Bake at 375 for 11 minutes.
  4. (After cooled, I refrigerate them and keep them in air-tight container. When I want to eat one, I reheat in the microwave for about 8-10 seconds.).
