This was so good. I can't even tell it is healthy. Even my husband who hates bananas liked this.
Fantastic recipe! The muffins are moist and delicious. I used craisins instead of cranberries.

These muffins are absolutely delicious! We always have bananas and carrots on hand! The recipe was easy to follow and I spooned the dough into silicone stand alone muffin cups and they came out perfect! Me and my family thank you, Noodles!
Ok, so I made these once and loved them and reviewed them and now I have made them again with some variations. I replaced the cranberries and carrots for 2 cups of shredded zuccini and some chopped chocolate bar- YUMMY!
These were SUPER Yummy, I had Banana's that needed to be used up and a Fun New Mini Muffin pan to try out!! I adjusted the Temp. to 350 degrees and dropped the time to 15 min. for the mini muffins. They are Perfect for a anytime snack that my little girl's Love!!
