  • 12 small banana
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)

Directions

  1. Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Sweeten to taste.
