I healthy version of the beloved banana chocolate milkshake. The frozen banana gives the shake it's ice cream like consistency and flavor! I like to add a stevia packet for a bit of all natural, no calorie sweetness. :) I even like to drink this for breakfast
- Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Simple, quick and delicious! I used almond milk and 1 1/2 bananas and it turned out great. It's not too sweet but it's very chocolatey. If you wanted a sweeter kick (and added protein) you could probably add some peanut butter.
